In a previous article, we considered whether it was worthwhile for employers to have enterprise agreements, in the context that the costs and aggravation of putting them in place might significantly outweigh the benefits. We did canvas specific reasons why particular employers might find them attractive (we declare an interest in that we do earn money from making enterprise agreements, we just don't think they are always the answer to employer problems).
