Fair Work High Income Threshold Rises

Fair Work has recently announced the new higher limit used to determine eligibility of high income earners to take an unfair dismissal action, and also award coverage.

Fair Work Australia recently confirmed that the salary cap for employees eligible to take Unfair Dismissal action has increased from $113,800 to $118,100 from 1 July 2011.
