Service Excellence Guarantee
You are here:ERS provides a “Service Excellence Guarantee” designed to provide maximum peace of mind for all our clients.
Under this guarantee, any client whose expectations of our service have not been fully met will be provided with access to our Executive Management to raise their concerns. We will then try our best to satisfy your concerns. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint, we will offer to release you from the balance of your contracted term with us.
Before releasing you from your contracted term, we may impose a charge to enable us to recoup fees calculated at a 20 per cent discounted hourly rates, where we have expended a disproportionate amount of consulting hours during the first 6 month period of your contracted arrangement with us.
