- We have conducted Safety system reviews of major Australian employers.
- ER Strategies was an approved auditor under WorkCover NSW’s Premium Discount Scheme, where it audited the OHS systems of approximately 100 companies and provided recommendations on changes to those systems to meet WorkCover benchmarks.
- ER Strategies conducted OHS training workshops for around 100 ricegrowers in the MIA in NSW.
- We have all the documentation to create your safety system, incouding our Safety manual which can be delivered via our Online HR facility.
Director Steve Champion has around 30 years experience in helping employers to meet their legal obligations as well as to run their businesses better. He is a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute, has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business Administration (Exec.) from the AGSM.
ER Strategies also conducts 4-day WHS Consultation courses in NSW.
