We are looking for independent ER consultants to join under our banner and help continue to expand our business whilst sharing in our growth opportunities. Eventual equity interest or partnership is a possibility for the right fit.
The type of consultants we are looking for are as likely to have an MBA as a law or other business degree, because the ability to manipulate a spreadsheet is often as important as knowledge of our workplace relations laws in assisting our clients. Drawing the key elements out of often highly complex situations and finding simple solutions to them is also a key part of our business.
People who wish to learn from us in these areas may also find our team support environment a great way to start a career outside of a normal corporate role.
